City of Belmont


The city of Belmont has been using Measure A as a local match for a number of roadway resurfacing projects throughout the city. High visibility projects funded by Measure A include the following:
  • Ralston Avenue reconstruction between Alameda de las Pulgas and Cipriani Avenue
  • Ralston Avenue resurfacing between Alameda de las Pulgas and El Camino Real
  • Ralston Avenue resurfacing between Hiller Street and the US 101 over crossing
  • Alameda de las Pulgas resurfacing between Carlmont Avenue and the north city limits
  • Masonic Way and Hiller Street traffic calming and Safe Routes to School projects
  • Matching funds for various state and federal grants for roadway reconstruction and resurfacing throughout the city
  • Chula Vista traffic calming project
  • Matching funds for safe routes and school grants
