Board members, staff and public all boarded the SamTrans bus and Chair Church called the Special Meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. The Special Meeting included a tour and discussion on the Slow Vehicle Lane Project from Route 36 (North) to Route 35 (South), the completed Uphill Climbing Lames (West) Project from Route 35 (South) to Pilarcitos Creek, the Curve Correction Project from Pilarcitos Creek to Half Moon Bay City Limits, and the Route 1 to Half Moon Bay Improvements Project.
