Three percent of all sales tax revenues collected under Measure A are dedicated to pedestrian and bicycle projects. Over the life of the measure it is estimated that this will generate $45 million which could attract additional state and federal funds for a total investment of $70 million.

Bicycle and pedestrian overcrossings over busy highways are among the projects that are eligible for these funds. The funds also can be used for bicycle and pedestrian paths and trails.
