This project is for the preparation of the project study
report (PSR), project report (PR) and the environmental documents for the Willow
interchange. The project scope is anticipated to include detailed design
and construction at a later date as the Board authorizes future budget.
The current design contract has been awarded to Brian Kangas Foulk. Staff has presented the project to the city and are working to analyze their proposals. The second Draft PSR/PDS and final traffic report will be submitted to Caltrans in March 2002. Future activities include obtaining Caltrans approval of the final PSR/PDS. |
