University Avenue

This project is for the replacement and upgrade of deteriorated pavement on University Avenue in East Palo Alto, to bring it up to the Caltrans standards. This road serves as a major connector route from SR101 to the Dumbarton Bridge. The pavement project will improve the rideability of this arterial through East Palo Alto. This project is sponsored by the city of East Palo Alto and consists of pavement reconstruction, traffic signal coordination and landscape improvements on University Avenue , from Woodland Avenue to Kavanvaugh Drive, within the existing right-of-way. This project is complete. Future activities include the project close out.
