Marsh Road to University Avenue

This project is for the preparation of the project study report (PSR), project report (PR) and the environmental documents for the construction of the northbound and southbound auxiliary lanes within the limits of Marsh Road and University Avenue. The project scope is anticipated to include detailed design and construction at a later date as the Board authorizes future budget. The contract for the preparation of the PSR, PR and the environmental document was awarded to Mark Thomas & Co. The mapping work is complete. Currently preparing the 2nd draft of the PSR. The project limit will extend to Embarcadero in Santa Clara County. A cooperative agreement with VTA will be needed. The Henderson overcrossing is to be developed as a phase 1 of this project. Future Activities include responding to comments from the draft report and preparing the final PSR.
