Highway 84 - Bayfront Expressway Widening Willow to Marsh roads

Construction work was completed in 1995 for road improvements between Marsh and Willow roads in Menlo Park.

The work consisted of widening the Bayfront Expressway to four lanes, lane striping, installing median barriers, traffic signal modification at Marsh and Willow roads and improvements to the road entering Sun Microsystems.

The project funding was shared by the state, the city of Menlo Park and the Transportation Authority.
