Overview

The San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA) is pleased to announce a Call for Projects (CFP) for the Measures A and W Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program.

The Cycle 3 TDM Program will release approximately $7.97 million in available Measure A and W funds. Strategies funded by this program should encourage the use of sustainable transportation options and enhance mobility across San Mateo County. This CFP is focused on encouraging cities to apply for funding to construct pedestrian and bicycle improvements, including crossings, spot treatments, flashing beacons, etc. Examples of eligible TDM competitive projects include bike parking, vanpools, wayfinding/signage, transit pass subsidies, E-bike subsidies, micro-mobility subsidies, pedestrian/bicycle crossing treatments near transit, and more.
